Media Connections Film Inc. produces independent feature film and documentary work. Rhonda Buckley, from St.John’s, NL is producer of the feature films; City of Arseholes (Lois Brown), Catch Me Charlie (Sherry White), and Wedding In Rose Blanche (Rhonda Buckley). Media Connections Film Inc. is eligible for Telefilm Canada funding. All listed features are in development.

Rhonda is also producing and directing the documentary Vocation, a film about artists who knew from a early age they wanted to be artists. The film includes interviews with Deepa Mehta, Andy Jones, Christopher Pratt, Brad Peyton, Marie Brassard and Bif Naked. Rhonda is director/producer for her documentaries; James Andersen; 50 Years of Taking Pictures (CBC, APTN/2007), People Who Stay (CBC, 2008) and The Real Matriarch (CBC, 2009).

Rhonda was selected to the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and (TIFF) Talent Lab over the past four years with films she produced by writer/director Sherry White. In 2009, she produced Crackie with producer Jennice Ripley. The Genie nominated feature film Crackie, has shown in over 30 international festivals including Perspective Canada Cannes 2009, TIFF, Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and won the Jury Special Prize at Torino Film Festival. Crackie was one of Canada’s Top Ten Films in 2009.
